Zu Gast: Clarisse Hahn (Paris), Vortrag und Werkpräsentation

Clarisse Hahn is a French artist based in Paris working in film, photography and video installation. She conducts documentary research about communities, codes of behaviour and the social role of the body. The often-extreme subject matter of Hahn’s videos is combined with her sustained involvement in the lives of the people she films.

Clarisse Hahn (*1973) exhibits internationally. Her last documentary “Kurdishlover“ was released in French movie theaters in 2012. She has written texts in art magazines including Art Press, Omnibus, Bloc notes, Crash. – Clarisse Hahn is a professor at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs de Paris.
